How the planner works
Example: service pages are missing from search.
Assume a business website, pages missing from search and access to Search Console. The starting order is:
- 01Check Google’s record
- Inspect an important URL’s indexing status, last crawl, robots directives and Google-selected canonical. A page not yet crawled needs a different diagnosis from one crawled but not indexed.
- 02Check the route to the page
- Make sure navigation or relevant content links to it using ordinary HTML links. Inclusion in a sitemap does not replace useful internal links.
- 03Check the service itself
- Review who the page is for, the need it answers and the next step for an inquiry. Use those findings to decide what to implement first.
The planner uses rules to order checks around your selected goal. Without data access, it recommends measurement setup first. It does not read your website or accounts, produce an automated score, estimate a deadline or guarantee rankings. Actual priorities require a review of the site and its data.
