My background in SEO.

I’m Ümit Karatay, a Senior SEO Specialist based in Tallinn. Over more than 10 years in SEO, I’ve worked on 100+ client websites through agencies including GroupM and Brands&Clicks.

My agency work includes large e-commerce websites such as Kliksa and Teknosa. I worked on technical and on-page SEO and coordinated changes with the teams involved.

I also build and run my own publishing websites. I research topics, write and review content, manage WordPress, and check performance after updates. That keeps me close to the everyday work I do for clients.

The Kliksa project received a Bronze MIXX Award. My contribution was part of the GroupM/MediaCom team’s work.

    We agree on the work and fee before starting. I update content and WordPress pages, or work with your team on changes that need a developer.

    Check and report

    I check the published changes and report on relevant search performance, traffic, and customer inquiries where tracking is available. That helps us choose the next priorities.
