01

Local SEO starts with where the customer gets stuck

A missing Maps listing, a service page with little visibility and a website that gets visits but no inquiries need different work. I first review your actual services, service area, profile and important pages. Search and inquiry data help us choose the first priority.

Starting pointWhat I reviewWhat you receive
The business is missing from MapsProfile status, eligibility and current business informationNext checks and any separate verification or support steps
The profile appears, but not for relevant servicesCategory fit, service information, search location and related pagesA prioritized profile-and-page plan
Visitors arrive but few inquireService explanations, contact options and the mobile journeySpecific content and inquiry improvements
The business has no websiteServices, customer questions and the contact routeA practical page plan and a separate website scope

Google describes local ranking through relevance, distance and prominence. Its local ranking guidance explains why accurate information matters and why location remains part of the result. I record the area of a search when comparing visibility.

If your profile cannot be found even by business name, start with the Maps troubleshooting guide.

02

Service pages that make the next step easier

I research the services people search for, read the competing pages and map those needs to your website. The page should explain the actual work, area covered, what affects the quote and what happens after an inquiry.

For an illustrative drain-cleaning service, useful details might include the types of blockage handled, access arrangements, callout terms and the information needed for an estimate. An ongoing landscaping customer may instead need visit frequency, seasonal work and the boundaries of the maintenance plan. The content follows that difference.

The handoff identifies the page, its search purpose, missing information, proposed sections and links to related services. We confirm prices, response times, credentials and service availability with you before using them.

You can see distinct page structures in the plumbing website guide, landscaping guide and HVAC website guide.

For service-area pages, I look for useful local detail: work offered there, genuine access or coverage differences and relevant project information. The Business Profile versus website guide helps decide which information belongs where.

Find the business. Understand the service. Make contact easy.

A Business Profile review with specific actions

For one verified, eligible profile, I can review the business name, contact information, categories, services, hours and website destination. The review connects each field to the information on your website.

Profile areaReview and handoff
Business detailsCompare the real name, phone, hours and location or service-area setup
Categories and servicesReview current category choices against the core business and services actually offered
Website destinationCheck whether the link opens the right page and offers a clear next step
Photos and customer informationIdentify missing useful material your business can supply
Outstanding issueRecord the status, evidence needed and who handles the next step

Google asks businesses to use accurate real-world information and the fewest categories needed to describe the core business. I check available categories in the profile’s market rather than treating an English category list as universal. Google’s business guidelines explain the representation requirements.

You retain ownership and invite the appropriate account access. Setup, verification, suspension appeals, multiple locations, ongoing photography and daily profile management require a separate scope. Agreed profile work within a monthly package uses part of its included technical hours.

From the first review to checked changes

  1. Share the business and the area. Tell me your main services, where you work and what you want to improve. A website is optional for this first conversation.
  2. Agree on the starting work. I identify the pages, profile tasks, access and deliverables. We confirm what I will implement and what your team will supply.
  3. Review and make the changes. You confirm business facts. I prepare the agreed copy and suitable WordPress or profile changes, with clear instructions for developer work.
  4. Check the customer journey. I review the published page, mobile reading, links and inquiry route. We agree how form delivery or telephone handoffs will be verified.
  5. Follow the selected services and locations. The update shows completed work, open decisions and the next priority.

I work remotely from Tallinn and share decisions in writing. Your team provides the facts that only the business can verify: opening hours, actual coverage, service conditions and usable photos. The free local visibility checklist helps collect the starting information.

05

A report you can use to choose the next action

The report starts with the services and areas we agreed to improve. It shows the changed pages and profile fields, the reason for each change and the checks completed. Your team can see what is ready, what needs approval and what requires another specialist.

Search observations record the query, location, device and date. I review relevant website impressions and clicks, available Business Profile interactions, and genuine inquiries where measurement is in place. A button interaction and a completed customer inquiry stay distinct in the report.

For a business with several services, the next question is practical: which pages bring suitable inquiries, and where does the customer still get stuck? We use the available evidence to choose the next work. AI mentions and source links can be added through an agreed AI search research scope.

The local SEO cost guide explains how page work, profile tasks and ongoing capacity affect the scope.

Questions before starting local SEO

Can you help if I do not have a website yet?

Yes. We can first define the services, area and contact route your business needs. An eligible Google Business Profile and a website serve different purposes. A new website is a separate project; the website guide and package page explain the options.

I travel to customers. Do I need a page for every town?

I review the real service area and local customer questions before proposing pages. Some areas can be covered clearly on one page; a separate page is useful when it has relevant local information or a different service need. You do not need a page for every place name.

Can you guarantee first place on Google Maps?

No. Google considers relevance, distance and prominence. I can improve accurate business information, relevant pages and the route to an inquiry, then track the agreed searches and outcomes.

What access would you need?

We start with your public website and business details. Search Console and analytics access help with research; profile or WordPress access is requested when it is needed for the agreed work. You retain account ownership. Use account invitations rather than sending passwords.

Can you do the work remotely for a US or Turkish business?

Yes. I work from Tallinn, with written communication. You confirm the actual services, locations, hours and business details; the proposed pages and changes reflect your target market. Work requiring a local visit, photography or specialist approval is arranged separately.

How do a website audit and monthly local support differ?

The website audit identifies website priorities and recommended actions. Monthly support reserves defined content and technical capacity for agreed work and follow-up. Business Profile tasks can use part of that technical time; setup, verification and suspension appeals need their own scope.

07

Choose a one-time review or monthly support

A website SEO audit starts at $295 to identify website priorities. Business Profile-only reviews are quoted separately.

For continuing implementation, monthly support starts at $650 per 30 days. The starting scope includes two new pages or substantial refreshes and up to two hours of supported technical work. We agree in writing how any suitable profile tasks fit within those hours.

For a new site, compare the WordPress website packages. If you already have a useful site, selected page improvements may be a better starting point.

Tell me about your local business. Your business name, main services and target area are enough to begin; a website address is optional.
